We’d like to invite you to the Orchard Event, happening on Tuesday, September 30th. This is always a highlight in the calendar for us - a chance for our community (our customers and partners) to come together, catch up on what’s new, and get a glimpse of what’s just around the corner.

We’ll be opening with a look at where Orchard is heading and how the past few months have shaped our direction. It’s always inspiring to see the bigger picture and understand how the different strands of Orchard’s work tie together.

You’ll then hear from different areas of the business with a service and operations update — covering the improvements we’ve been making behind the scenes, and the impact these changes are already having for staff and customers alike.

We’ve also got a spotlight on innovation. Orchard has been busy testing and exploring new systems and tools, and this session will give you a taste of how technology is helping us evolve and stay ahead.

It wouldn’t be an Orchard Event without celebrating the people we work with. Our partnerships and impact section will share some of the stories of collaboration from recent months, showing what can be achieved when Orchard teams up with clients and communities.

And of course, we’ll be talking about what’s next. Without giving too much away, there are exciting launches and initiatives on the horizon, and you’ll get the first preview here.

We’ll round things off with an interactive Q&A, so whether you’re joining us as a member of staff, a customer, or a stakeholder, this is your chance to share thoughts, ask questions, or raise ideas.
