Thanks for joining us at the Orchard Event, on Tuesday, September 30th. This time of year is always a highlight in the calendar for us - a chance for our community (our customers and partners) to come together, catch up on what’s new, and get a glimpse of what’s just around the corner.

We opened with a look at where Orchard is heading and how the past few months have shaped our direction. It’s always inspiring to see the bigger picture and understand how the different strands of Orchard’s work tie together.

We also heard from different areas of the organisation with a service and operations update — covering improvements we’ve been making behind the scenes, and the impact these changes are already having for staff and customers alike.

We also shone a spotlight on innovation. We’ve been hard at work testing and exploring new systems and tools. We gave demonstrations on how emerging tech is helping us to evolve and stay connected.

It wouldn’t have been an Orchard Event without celebrating the people we work with. Our partnerships and impact section shared some of the stories of collaboration from recent months, showing what can be achieved when we team up with our clients and communities.

We also gave our event members a closer eye into our new launches and initiatives, with the first preview shown to our live audience. We’re excited for what the future holds, and we do hope that you’ll join us in this mission.
